Pork butt is named several ways:shoulder blade, pork shoulder( removed bone) is cut in boston cut and from shoulder. this portion of pork has intensive marbling which provide lots of juice and flavour. Especially, when people buy pork , it is important to check the Canadian red maple leaf and the proportion of lean beacause of relating to its grading, qulity and taste.This pork butt can be created by using some of different application cooking methods: Braise, BBQ, Pan roast, Roast on open fire, stew, ect.. The price is comparatively reasonable. That is why I chose this part of pork meat. Also, the nutrition is quite valuable: ,essential mineral and vitamins.and protein, especially,Vitamin B ( aid in energy metabolism,contribute to heart and red blood cell production,nervous system and digest ) selenium( plays a role in thyroid and reproductive health), zinc( support mmune function, protein synthesis). However,there are some disadvantages :The fatty acid and calories cause cholesterol and highpertetion disases. So, I would like to introduce different cooking style which is marinated spicy seasoning with vegetales; mixing vegetables such as cauliflower,romain,mushroom which are usually not enjoyed by kids but this way of cooking make kids no complain very much. Furthermore,it devotes tenderness and abundant savor. This side dish is originally from Korea but I slightly modified the ingredients as usual. Adding Miso and Romain: gives to get rid of meaty smelling and the romaine provides crispy and freshness when eating. Try it and enjoy the taste of sweet and spicy flavour!
