Sensory Evaluation and experiences
Crunchy, sweet, mild salty, and a little bit spicy, universally loved among Koreans as a side dish.
Use them as a way to flavor with a cooked rice and noodle dishes. Umm Yummy~~~
This ingredient's from my own recepie from my refrigerator. usually, people use white onions only,
and mix water, salt, sugar( 2:1:1) and then boil them together and -cooling down and -add vinegar (1)
I used less sugar than salt : soy sauce and salt together, not only salt : did not boiling them.
but the result is the same.
When biting, crunch sour sweet tasty stimulates my salivary glands. Mostly, the sauce from pickling also can be used for fried or grilled fish and meats as a dipping sauce.
Super easy to make and the taste is amazing, it only takes 30 minutes including preparing and completing. For the best taste, wait around a week
