Food is life, having fun with right ingredients and sharing with your loved ones.
Food industries are growing more and more each day. People have concerns about their health and life expectancy. Even with major medical technology development,some diseases can not be cured . But, eating the right food, it can be prevented.
Food bring people together. it makes us try new things and brings joy to our mind not fight the warmth and fuzziness in our stomach.Food is present at anywhere we go, and certainly by any means be separated from us.
The taste, nutrients and how the food looks are a huge factor to people. Hand on practice is huge benefit,seeing the food , touching, cutting ,smelling makes it easier to understand the ingredients and makes the food more accessible.
My desired aim is
to acquire the knowledge of multicultural food and also the making of it, well balanced-diet as well,varieties and helping senior diets. I have an interest especially, in studying senior diet. Nowadays, the number of elderly people are increasing day in and day out. A lot of them depend on medical technology, but side affects and physical limitation will be the issued. I would like to help them by gaining knowledge and experience from the Culinary Management course.
